Hotel Guest: A new challenge.

Hotel Guest definition is changing. It is not any longer who comes to a hotel looking for food and shelter.

Nowadays Hotel Guest needs more than a comfortable bed or watch a LCD TV in the rooms, they need to experience new emotions on a comfortable bed  and watching a LDC TV.

The main challenge for hoteliers is to find out how to make the guest live an unique experience while staying in the Hotel. I have found some ways to reach it and I would like to share them with you.
